MUSINSA, an online fashion platform, has signed a character license contract for Disney and Marvel with The Walt Disney Company Korea, a global comprehensive entertainment company.
With this contract, MUSINSA will develop business using Disney and Marvel's IP from the second half of this year to the 100th anniversary of Disney's founding in 2023. The company plans to offer new experiences to customers through activities such as developing its products, releasing products in collaboration with artists, and displaying pop-up stores.
In particular, the MUSINSA provides brands stored in it with an opportunity to utilize Disney and Marvel IPs to create unique synergies. Through this collaboration, various brands that have had difficulty accessing Disney IP will be able to contact more customers.
A MUSINSA official said, "We would like to introduce the charms of Disney and Marvel characters that are loved worldwide to MUSINSA store customers in a different form."
