MUSINSA STANDARD, a private label of MUSINSA, will begin offering its products at 3,000 locations of GS25 — Korea’s top convenience store chain — starting July 2.
Under the name 'MUSINSA STANDARD EXPRESS,' MUSINSA STANDARD will launch a GS25-exclusive collection of 12 essential items, including windbreaker jackets, short-sleeve T-shirts, lounge sweatpants, socks, belts, and underwear — all designed for everyday comfort. Customers will be able to conveniently access a range of basic apparel, from outerwear to accessories, at their nearest convenience store.
Currently, MUSINSA STANDARD operates 19 offline stores, including a standalone flagship store as well as shop-in-shop locations within department stores and multi-brand shopping malls. By partnering with convenience stores — which collectively operate over 18,000 locations nationwide — the brand is expected to further expand its customer touchpoints across the country.
The two companies plan to introduce the MUSINSA STANDARD EXPRESS line at approximately 3,000 GS25 stores located in key commercial districts. Moving forward, they aim to diversify the product lineup and rapidly expand the number of participating stores nationwide.
MUSINSA STANDARD, which enjoys strong popularity among younger consumers in their teens to thirties, is expected to create strong synergy with GS25’s core customer base. Known for its high-quality products that combine trend-conscious details and fits with everyday essentials, MUSINSA STANDARD was previously ranked the No.1 SPA brand among consumers in their 20s in a brand preference survey.
An official from MUSINSA STANDARD stated, “With this partnership, customers can now easily purchase trendy yet basic styles anytime, anywhere through convenient shopping.” The official added, “We plan to continue expanding customer touchpoints through various forms of strategic collaboration going forward.”
