MUSINSA TRADING, a subsidiary of MUSINSA specializing in fashion brand business, has signed an exclusive offline distribution partnership with global high-end sportswear brand Y-3.
Y-3 is a collaborative brand launched in 2002 by Japanese fashion designer YOHJI YAMAMOTO and global sports brand adidas. Known for its avant-garde silhouettes and innovative designs that transcend conventional sportswear, Y-3 has established strong recognition and influence, particularly in the Asian and European markets.
Through this partnership, MUSINSA TRADING will strategically collaborate with Y-3 to establish offline distribution channels and support marketing efforts to ensure the brand’s successful entry into the Korean market. The first official Y-3 store in Korea is scheduled to open in a key commercial district of Seoul in the third quarter of this year.
MUSINSA TRADING is steadily expanding its portfolio of global brands distributed in Korea. The company has strengthened its position as an official partner by supporting the first offline launches in Korea of globally admired brands such as NOAH, Marine Serre, and 032c. Its strong understanding of the Korean fashion distribution market, combined with effective channel management and differentiated branding capabilities, has been key to this success.
An official from MUSINSA TRADING said, “We are pleased to introduce Y-3, a leading global brand in high-end sportswear, to customers in Korea through this partnership.” They added, “We will actively pursue offline branding initiatives to ensure that customers seeking bold and unique fashion can experience Y-3’s distinctive collections firsthand.”
