MUSINSA Publishes ‘2025 Impact Report’ ··· “ESG Initiatives for Community Engagement and Joint Growth with Partner Brands”

July 24, 2025

MUSINSA has published the 2025 MUSINSA Impact Report, ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance throughout 2024.

The report is based on the GRI(Global Reporting Initiative) standards and provides a comprehensive overview of MUSINSA’s ESG achievements, as well as its efforts to promote shared growth with partner brands, customers, and local communities.

MUSINSA has upheld shared growth with its partner brands as a core value and has implemented a range of support initiatives. The report highlights key programs such as brand incubation and partner funding, along with activities focused on brand growth, including △overseas market expansion, △strategic marketing campaigns, and △collaborative shopping content projects.

In the area of Environment, the report discloses MUSINSA’s greenhouse gas emissions and intensity levels from 2022 to 2024, reflecting the company’s commitment to responsible climate action. Notably, MUSINSA enhanced the credibility of its disclosures by completing third-party verification of both Scope 1(direct emissions) and Scope 2(indirect emissions) over the past three years.

In the Social section, the report highlights community-based initiatives centered around Seongsu-dong in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, where MUSINSA’s headquarters is located. As part of its efforts to support small fashion businesses, MUSINSA utilized its offline spaces in Seongsu-dong to discover emerging brands and help expand their sales channels.

In addition, as part of a partnership agreement to support vulnerable groups in Seongdong-gu, MUSINSA has carried out tailored social contribution initiatives—such as custom-making orthopedic shoes for people with disabilities and providing self-care support funds for young carers.

The Governance section outlines MUSINSA’s efforts to strengthen stakeholder trust through initiatives such as enhancing its risk management system and information security framework, all grounded in an ethical and compliance-driven management approach implemented last year. These efforts culminated in January with MUSINSA becoming the first fashion platform to obtain the integrated international certifications for ethical and compliance management—ISO 37001 and ISO 37301.

Junmo Park, CEO of MUSINSA, stated, “MUSINSA has been committed to building a fashion ecosystem that fosters mutual growth with partner brands, while also growing together with customers and local communities,” and added, “We will continue to place ESG at the core of our business and drive sustainable change moving forward.”
